It seems that something has hit our house.
It's not frogs, locusts, or darkness... It's the Cold/Bronchitis. All of us has been hit with this kind of a plague. I'm the one out of the three of us who isn't too bad. I'm hoping this pattern continues because tomorrow I'll be standing in front of a church, giving the morning's message. It wouldn't be too fantastic to be vomiting or sneezing or even sniffling constantly. I was listening to a message by one of my favorite speakers, and this particular week he had a cold. I can't tell you how annoying it was to listen to his podcast and keep hearing him sniffling. I kept saying, "Blow your nose, man!"
I'm pretty sure my husband has bronchitis and a sinus infection. He just lays around and sleeps all day, thanks to my insistence that he go lay down. He spent the whole day in bed yesterday and it was wonderful. The little mister and I played and had a pretty fun day together, despite his constant napping as well.
I have greatly enjoyed this opportunity to take care of my men while they've been sick. I've made them soup, tea and various other drinks, and kept the house pretty clean. The other day I did 6 loads of laundry! It was pretty hard on my back (we live in a 3rd floor apartment and the laundromat is in another building on ground level), but now we all have clean clothes. Last night, I made tacos.. no one really at much of their meal. In between taking care of them and cleaning, I've managed to watch Fraiser in the process. I'm in the good part of the tv show, where Niles and Daphne are FINALLY in a relationship WITH EACH OTHER! I know I'm a few years behind, but I really like the show. I really like everyone else BUT Fraiser. I'm about 9 seasons into the show and Fraiser has gotten really annoying with all his whining and selfishness. I keep wanting to enter into the show and tell him that the reason he can't get a girl is because he is SO selfish, obnoxious, and annoying! Currently, I'm rooting for Bulldog and Roz.
Anyone know of any other fun shows I should watch after Fraiser?
